This starter model comes complete with what you have pictured here and doesn’t include the interior package. The inside is just bare 2”x4” stud walls. There is no electrical work done and no floor covering. You will have to add roofing material and finish out the interior for your desired effect. The starter package in kit form currently cost $1950 and is $2300 if you want it built like this. The delivery cost depends on your location.

The fixer upper model has the interior package included and a porch railing and a electrical package as part of the building. This package includes Wain’s coating, plywood siding on the walls complete with the trim to finish it off.  You get a porch light and an interior light as part of the package.  This model in kit form currently will cost $2750 and if we construct it for you it goes up to $3000. You will still have to put a roof on the house yourself and paint it to your desired colors.

The ready to move in model is painted with a roof and all the packages included. All you have to do is move in and plug in the lights. We can even provide furniture if you would like us to build them for you. Your on your own with the dishes and food. The current price for this model finished is $3750 as shown. Shipping cost will depend on location and is not quoted because we don’t know where you want the house.  All prices are subject to change based on material cost at the time of construction.
